The invoices for the 2005 Dues Special Assessment were mailed today. Payment is due immediately, and no later than 11/4/05. Click here for more details.

You can pay the Special Assessment by Credit Card, Check or Cashier's Check.

Due to inclement weather conditions, we have cancelled the Fall Harvest Celebration. We will attempt to reschedule when/if the weather improves.

9.6.05 - Website Updates
We apologize for the lack of updates on the website. The individual responsible for web updates has been extremely busy lately and hasn't had time for updates. If you are interested in helping maintain the website with regular updates, please send an email to info@hazeldellwoods.org.

9.6.05 - Board of Director's Position Openings
The Board of Director's is seeking to replace several positions on the Board of Directors for immediate and future (2006 term) replacement. If you are interested in serving on the board of Director's, please submit your name to info@hazeldellwoods.org and we will add your name to the ballot.

There will be a vote at the Semi-Annual Homeowner's Meeting (information below). We need to reach a quorum (10% or 18 homeowners). The majority vote for each position will determine who is elected.

Please plan to attend the meeting on 9/22/05 @ 7:00pm at Hazel Dell Elementary!

9.6.05 - Semi-Annual Homeowner's Meeting
The Semi-Annual Homeowner's Meeting will be held at the Hazel Dell Elementary school Cafeteria on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:00pm. Please plan to attend to hear about the Special Dues assessment and also vote on the new President (as well as other positions).

Pool is open (and the water is cold)

The pool is open for the season observing the hours of 7:00am to 9:00pm. Please observe all posted rules and regulations. Also, please help keep the pool area clean by placing all trash in the proper receptacles (both restrooms) and removing personal items.

NOTICE: No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed in the pool area. Already this season there have been violations of this rule.

Neighborhood Garage Sale Date Announced - June 11

The date for this year's Hazel Dell Woods Neighborhood garage sale has been set for June 11, 2005. Please look for more information and details forthcoming.

Semi-annual Homeowners Meeting - June 15 (TBD)

The Board of Directors has tentatively selected June 15, 2005 at 7:00pm for the first Semi-Annual Homeowner's Meeting. This meeting will be your opportunity to formally meet the Board of Directors, get an update on the status of the HOA (Homeowners Association) and projects. The meeting will be held at Hazel Dell Elementary (cafeteria).

Please check back for an announcement once the OFFICIAL date is selected.

Architectural Request Form is now online

If you are considering a project on your property such as a swing set, deck, patio or fence, you must received approval first. Please visit the Architectural Information page to download the request form and for more information.

Board is organizing a "Neighborhood Planting Day"

The Board of Directors is organizing a Neighborhood Flower and Shrub planting day to help beautify the entrances of the neighborhood. We will provide plants and we are asking homeowners to donate their time to help dig holes! Stay tuned for more information...an announcement will be made soon.

Swimming Pool will open by Memorial Day (May 30, 2005)

The neighborhood swimming pool is set to open no later than Memorial Day, May 30, 2005. Be sure to observe all posted rules regarding pool hours and use. Please report any problems or issues to the Board of Directors (board@hazeldellwoods.org).

Board of Directors Election

Hazel Dell Woods is now in the hands of the homeowners! At last night's meeting and election, the Hazel Dell Woods Homeowners Association (HOA) was formally turned over to the homeowners.

An election was held for the first Board of Directors. Thanks to all those who attended and voted. The Board is as follows:
