5/9/2006 - Storage Shed
Preferred Supplier
If any
resident desires to have a storage shed installed on
their lot, the Board has made the process a bit easier.
Because of the high quality and the agreement of “Tuff
Sheds” to abide by our restrictive covenants, The Board
has Approved Tuff Shed as the preferred supplier of
sheds. This means if you contract with Tuff Shed, you
will not need to submit your plans for architectural
review. Tuff Shed will supply you with sheds which have
been approved as within the guidelines of the covenants,
and they will be responsible to assure your installation
is not in violation. There is a sample of Tuff Shed’s
product at the Pool House. You will be free to inspect
the quality construction there or by calling Tuff Shed.
The company has also agreed to pay the first
installment of your 2007 HOA dues if you were to
purchase a shed in 2006!
